Abstract:
ISO 9001:2026 presents an opportunity to move beyond compliance and use the QMS as an engine for business performance. This presentation demonstrates a practical approach and workflows for translating organizational context, interested-party expectations, risks and opportunities into strategies, policies, measurable objectives, processes, and KPIs. It then shows how these objectives can be deployed through integrated workflows for nonconformance, corrective action, training, auditing, risk management, and management review. Attendees will learn how to create a closed-loop management system that connects Clause 4 to strategy, execution, measurement, continual improvement, and measurable business results.
