Booth Sign Up

To register your company online for a booth(s), please complete the form below. You will receive an email confirmation. Please keep confirmation for your records. The undersigned applicant, agreeing to be legally bound hereby, applies for booth space in the Gulf Coast Conference (GCC) and Exhibition, subject to the Terms, Conditions, Rules, Regulations and Requirements stated here in or made a part hereof by reference. No refunds will be given for cancellation. Applicant applies for the following booth(s) at the rental price as noted below per 10'x10' exhibit space. Registration is not complete until payment is received. See website below for terms and conditions.

Each 10' x 10' Booth includes: Back & Sidewall Drapes, Carpet, 6’ Skirted Table, 2 Chairs, Wastebasket, 7” x 44” ID Sign, Listing on Website and Program.

For each booth purchased, your company will receive 4 complimentary registrations for your Exhibitor personnel to attend all educational sessions for both days of the show except for events by invitation only. Please register your Exhibitor personnel in “Exhibitor Services/Exhibitor Login.”

Registrant gives GCC permission to use their email for information purposes and to send updates on GCC news and events.

  1. CANCELLATION AND WITHDRAWAL. Any applicant who cancels the contract, fails to show at the exhibit, or withdraws from the exhibit after application has been submitted, grees that any amount paid to GCC before cancellation or withdrawal, by payment or otherwise, shall be retained by GCC and applied in whole satisfaction. The applicant will notify GCC in writing upon cancellation at ametcalf@gulfcoastconference.com. By registering you agree to the terms and conditions of the Gulf Coast Conference.
