Zach Alam is a lab technology and quality management professional with 25 years of experience across environmental compliance, laboratory operations, and quality management technology. Beginning with agricultural engineering studies at Texas A&M in 2000, Zach went on to implement ISO 14001 at DOD facilities with Tetrahedron, founded Apura for indoor environmental sampling and remediation services, and as a chemist for SGS, collaborated with Infineum for lubricants R&D and general third-party testing and certification. Zach now serves as a Product Manager at QIA, developing LIMS and QMS software, bringing real-world quality and lab expertise into the software itself.
