Phong holds a bachelor's degree in chemistry from Kennesaw State University and a master's degree from Georgia State University. Beginning his career as a Chemist/Technical Specialist at Yokogwa, Phong honed his expertise in analytical techniques and technical support.
In July 2023, he joined Micromertics as a Lab Analyst, specializing in particle size analysis. In July 2024, Phong transitioned to the role of Application Scientist, where he focused on chemisorption studies, contributing to advancements in surface chemistry and material characterization.
With a strong commitment to scientific excellence, Phong continues to explore innovative solutions in the field.
