Jonathan Grandy received his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of Waterloo, where his research focused on the development and application of TF-SPME sample preparation for GC–MS analysis. He is a Field Applications Scientist for the Americas for Markes and SepSolve, supporting the installation and commissioning of TD and GC×GC–MS instrumentation and helping scientists develop, implement, and optimize analytical methods.
