Dr. Julio Cezar Paz de Mattos is an experienced executive and analytical chemistry specialist with a strong academic background and an extensive career in scientific, technical, and commercial leadership. He holds a degree in Industrial Chemistry, as well as a Master’s and Ph.D. in Analytical Chemistry, with focus in atomic spectrometry area. Throughout his career, he has combined academic and research experience with senior business roles in the analytical instrumentation industry, particularly across Latin America and the Americas. He currently serves as Managing Director of Analytik Jena Brazil and Head of Sales the Chemical Analysis Division for the Americas. His professional profile is further distinguished by relevant international publications in high-impact analytical chemistry journals.
