Dr. Sergei Leikin is a co-founder and Managing Director of TSP (Texas Scientific Products) – a supplier of high quality consumables and innovative sample introduction systems for ICP Atomic Emission and Mass Spectrometers. Prior to starting the TSP he worked as an Applications Laboratory Manager for premier instrument manufacturers of both the ICP-OES , ICP-MS and Microwave Digestion equipment.Analytical chemist with an extensive scientific background, Sergei utilizes his 37 years of experience in atomic spectroscopy to help solve everyday real world material analysis problems. At TSP Dr. Leikin directs the new product and business development while keeping the focus on what he likes the most – problem solving. Sergei received a Master's Degree in Optical-Electronic Systems and Ph.D in Analytical Chemistry .
Jesus Acapulco is a lab application specialist at Analytik Jena US LLC. He focuses on teaching, training, and supporting scientists, engineers, and technical professionals in the use of chemical analysis instrumentation from Analytik Jena. Jesus aims to bridge the gap between complex technology and real-world application. His hands-on work involves developing solutions tailored to the unique challenges faced by researchers, engineers, and customers, ensuring they get the most accurate, precise, efficient, and insightful results.
Dr. Randy Rarig is a World-Wide Physical Analysis Advisor for Ketjen Corporation. He received his Ph.D. in Inorganic Chemistry with a focus on Single Crystal Xray Diffraction of Organically Templated Mixed Metal Oxides from Syracuse University. Before joining Ketjen Randy worked as an Analytical Chemist for Wyeth Pharmaceutical (Now Pfizer) and an Application Scientist for XRF at Malvern PANalytical. Dr. Rarig is responsible for all Physical analysis tests and instruments for catalyst testing as well as for all stages of crude oil in the refining process.
Jerome Franks is a dedicated professional with an impressive 33-year tenure at Hunt Refining Company. Starting in 1992 as a Lab Technician, he has risen to the position of Lab Tech One Supervisor through hard work and determination. He is a proud veteran, having served twenty-three years in the US Navy as a Missile Technician, and holds a degree from the University of West Alabama. Outside of work, he enjoys reading, hunting, fishing, and working out at the gym.
