She earned her B.S. in Chemistry from Purdue University Indianapolis, where she developed a passion for analytical techniques and laboratory technologies. With more than five years of hands-on experience in the analytical instrumentation field, Thy has broad technical expertise and a deep understanding of customer needs. As a Product Specialist at Shimadzu Scientific Instruments, she collaborates closely with customers, engineers, and sales teams to develop and optimize GC systems that meet complex analytical challenges across various industries. Recognized for her problem-solving mindset and technical acumen, Thy is committed to advancing applied science and helping laboratories achieve more accurate, efficient, and reliable results.
