Jaakko Lehtinen, Ph.D. (born in 1985), has 15+ years of experience with technologies based on various forms of optical detection working mainly in positions related to commercialization and global business development of Finnish hi-tech. His main experience comes from working in the field of environmental trace gas analyzers as well as miniaturized sensors for process and portable applications. In his current role, he is responsible for the product and sales management of the Auramarine Porla stability and compatibility analyser, which has a vast number of applications in refinery and marine industries. Lehtinen received his M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees in physics from University of Turku, Finland where his research interests were around the applications of solid and gas-phase photoacoustic spectroscopy.
