Scott received his BS in Chemistry from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2009 and his PhD in Analytical Chemistry from the University of South Carolina in 2013. He spent 8 years working for ExxonMobil as a GC chemist in a refinery quality control lab and as a GC and GCxGC research chemist in R&D. Scott joined Agilent Technologies in 2021 and is an Applications Chemist in the GC and GC/MS business unit in Wilmington, Delaware. His current work is focused on GC applications supporting conventional and renewable fuels, and the emerging GCxGC applications landscape.
