Shashi Mistry is a Refinery Optimization Engineer with over 25 years of experience in refinery process, design, operations, automation, and project management. As Senior Advisor at Suncor he implemented one of the largest grass root refinery projects incorporating NMR (Nuclear Magnetic Resonance) and NIR (Near Infrared) analyzer systems with real-time process control and optimization. He implemented these NMR and NIR spectroscopy based real time global optimization strategies throughout the refinery from crude feed to final product blending.
