Dr. Hailey has over 30 years of senior management experience in process instrumentation with respect to development, engineering, prototyping, beta testing, product launches, information systems, sales and marketing for instrumentation used in the natural gas, chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, refining and power industries. Patent holder of several fugitive emissions technology monitoring and control devices.
Dr. Hailey specialties include electronic engineering, mechanical engineering and chemical engineering for the development of process instrumentation, gas & liquid measurement application development, sales and marketing management.
Professional organization affiliations include ASTM International D03 Committee Chairman and D02, D22 working groups along with lecturing for several industry schools and conferences.
