Victor Smith has been a Senior Technician with Petrolab Company for 15 years. His expertise in the lab and
field focus on Vapor Pressure and Flashpoint. Vic has taught many hands-on customer classes around the
United States and brings an extensive understanding of analytical testing of samples. Vic provides calibration,
service and technical support experiences to a vast customer base.

Richard Palmer has been a Regional Sales Manager with Petrolab Company for over 20 years. Rick has a background in petroleum testing and petroleum testing equipment applications for laboratory and field use. Richard is also an active member of ASTM section D2 - Petroleum Products. Liquid Fuels and Lubricants, keeping abreast of the current issues and formulating resolutions that benefit both producers and suppliers in the petrochemical industry.
