Dr. Paszko has published over 50 articles on LIMS, laboratory automation, and pathogen detection. She has also authored several book chapters on laboratory automation and co-authored a LIMS Book. She received her undergraduate degree in Medical Technology with a minor in Microbiology from the University of Buffalo, NY. She received her Ph.D. in Molecular Microbiology from the University of Maryland, in College Park. Dr. Paszko has over 15 years of laboratory expertise having worked in various types of laboratories. She also has over 30 years of experience in LIMS and laboratory automation both as and end-user as well as working as a LIMS partner. In her current role at ATL, her responsibilities include management of ATL’s Strategic Sales and Marketing goals. She also served as a reviewer of grants and proposals for the USDA, FDA and EPA and she is a member of the ASTM LIMS committee.
