Dr. Spino has more than 20 years of experience in manufacturing, sales, market development and product management. He has earned several advanced degrees including PhD. in chemistry and and M.B.A. in Finance. He is a published author and holds several patents. Dr. Spino is currently Global Product Manager of Cold Property instruments. He has been with PAC for 10 years.
