Paul Harvath is the senior project engineer for advanced lubrication with General Motors whose 34 years of lab experience includes laboratories in Flint, Warren, and currently Pontiac, MI. His career path has included materials analysis, environmental analysis, and automotive fluids research. One of his current projects is optimizing various types of chromatography in the analysis of automotive lubricants. Paul earned a BS in Engineering Science from the University of Michigan – Flint in 1980 and spent two years at Clayton Environmental Consultants before joining GM in 1984.
