Abstract:
This paper will explain what a "Delta Control Chart" is, the underlying statistical bases, and 3 useful applications: 1) independent validation of laboratory site precision from SQC control charts; 2) expected difference between two instruments executing the same test method in a laboratory; 3) expected difference between two test methods that claim to measure the same property at a single laboratory.
