Abstract:
The ability to measure Phosphorus and Chlorine is critical in Oil Field Waters. Traditionally it required multiple analytical techniques and/or multiple samples preparations. This presentation will discuss the advances in plasma viewing using a Dual Side On Interface which eliminates the need for multiple analysis of the same sample while simplifying the process. Cost and maintenance savings using this spectrometer system is typically >$5000 per year.
