Abstract:
Reducing costs and streamlining laboratory processes are necessary activities for any organization. This presentation will provide an overview of areas to review during a business optimization project with examples. These real-world examples will provide enough information for the laboratory manager or chemist to take back to the laboratory and make improvements that directly influence cost savings, employee retention, productivity, and efficiency.
