Abstract:
In this presentation, we will share details about the instrument calibration, measurement conditions and sample throughput using a X-Ray Fluorescence (XRF) spectrometer (S2 POLAR) for Chloride analysis. Analytical data, reproducibility data and lower limits of detection, will be presented, including real crude oil measurement. An outlook and overview of what other refinery applications that can be covered with the same instrumentation will be provided as well.
