Abstract:
Combustion Ion Chromatography is widely used in the oil & gas industry for measurement of halogen species in a broad range of products and process intermediates. Automated combustion sample preparation coupled with sensitive and robust IC separation has relieved a bottleneck caused by unreliable manual sample preparation and analysis techniques. In this seminar we will present updates to the current instrument and new applications for all users. We will highlight some recent work for halogenated organic species of environmental importance and solutions provided by Combustion Ion Chromatography.
