Abstract:
Behind that corporate initiative, and the goal it is trying to promote, is a requirement for growth. A requirement that employees change their mindset and see or do things differently. Better.
Growth is learning. And learning isn’t simply being taught something new. It is about mindset. About the belief in your own competence and ability. This starts with a culture that promotes and encourages learning. We will explore what a learning culture looks like in the lab and practical ways to promote this mindset to the Lab Team.
