Since 2018, John Richmond is the sales director of MarqMetrix. A technology company based in Seattle, specializing in the development and manufacture of Raman technology. Prior to joining MarqMetrix, John was Sales Director at CAMO Analytics, a leading MVDA company which is now part of Aspen Technology. In his 35 year career, John has worked in senior technology roles for Bruker Corporation as VP NIR & Process Technology, Brimrose Corporation where John was responsible for the AOTF NIR products and LT Industries, a dispersive NIR company. In this time, John has implemented Raman, NIR & FTIR technology into many diverse markets including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Pharma & BioPharma and Food. John has a bachelor of science degree in Chemistry from Greenwich University, London
