Sara obtained her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Bachelor of Music-Violin Performance from Metropolitan State University of Denver. In 2018, she presented at the American Chemical Society Conference in Orlando, FL on analyzing the acid profiles of sour beer using HPLC and GC-MS. After graduating, she worked in the quality lab for Molson Coors Brewery in Golden, CO and the analytical chemistry lab at Leprino Foods in Denver, CO. Her areas of interest are analytical instruments and quantitative analysis. In her free time, Sara enjoys traveling, visiting art museums and spending time with her family.
