Craig O’Neill is the Director of Business Development for the Solutions division of Teledyne FLIR with global responsibility for FLIR’s Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) solutions and the strategy for Teledyne FLIR’s solutions in the oil and gas industry. In this role he is the linking piece between customers, industry stakeholders, strategic partners, and many vertically integrated aspects of the FLIR Solutions division including sales, marketing, engineering, and product management. His goal is to ensure Teledyne FLIR’s alignment to provide sensing solutions that meet the needs of the oil and gas industry. After graduating from Texas A&M University with a B.S. degree in Industrial Distribution, Craig worked in multiple industries as a sales and business development manager. In 2002, he joined FLIR Systems as the Sr. District Sales Manager covering the South-Central US and Puerto Rico with responsibility of supporting FLIR’s Optical Gas Imaging line of business in the Central US during this tenure. He has been actively involved in the OGI market since the introduction of commercial Optical Gas Imagers in June of 2005 helping industry stakeholders reduce emissions, meet compliance requirements, improve productivity, and most importantly save lives.
