Bill is founder and President of Spectro-Intelligence LLC. He earned a BS degree in chemistry from the University of Cincinnati with graduate courses in analytical chemistry. He has 25 years’ experience in the petroleum, petrochemical industries plus 12 years in the pharmaceutical industry. As group leader in the research department of a fortune 500 petroleum company he and co-workers patented 18 infrared and Raman applications. He is currently an ASTM chairman in the petroleum division serving the section on absorption spectroscopy, a position held for 20 years.
