2019 - John Erne

Account Manager
BeaconMedaes (represented by Scientific Resources Southwest)

John has been a pinball in the analytical instrumentation world.  From the Bench to Field Service to Applications … finally to the “dark side” in Technical Sales.   With a background in chemistry & microbiology, his initial focus was on bioprocesses and the separation of products from complex mixtures.  GC, MS, TOC, FTIR, Thermal… regardless what equipment you use, the method you run – what you put into your instrument impacts what you get out.  And how long it lasts.  Likewise the equipment you select determines how long it will be before you have to go looking for equipment again.  With this in mind, John’s current focus is on helping lab managers, facilities engineers and analytical chemists alike make optimal decisions regarding their lab equipment and its use.
