Abstract:

Application of Chemometrics from initial feasibility to validated on-line predictive measurements is labor and data intensive.  Specifically, multiparameter model development and maintenance procedures are data intensive processes arising from process and stream variations, production changes, and/or regulatory requirements.

Utilizing AI algorithms significantly reduces labor intensive steps in Chemometrics.  Applicable to a variety of analyzer systems, this presentation highlights AI “automation” for model building, prediction validation, performance verification, and reporting.  Rigorous integration with a variety of LIMS and DCS/Plant Control Platforms, coupled with intuitive graphical interfaces and reporting, facilitate effective Chemometric utilization and support over a range of skill levels.
