Abstract:
Many companies are transitioning to new ISO standards. Have you wondered what the whole purpose is to ISO accreditation? Is your lab guilty of “the certificate on the wall” syndrome? Many labs miss the mark on how ISO can improve performance! ISO is meant to be a framework for continual improvement. The emphasis on leadership, planning and risk in the new standards ensure the focus is on what matters most to business sustainability.
