Description: Since 1994, TECH 2000 has partnered with laboratories as a scientific workforce partner, delivering specialized talent that supports laboratory operations. With physical offices in Texas and Louisiana, TECH 2000 specializes in scientific staffing, identifying and placing professionals with scientific and laboratory backgrounds who are equipped to meet the technical and operational demands of our clients. Our local presence allows us to respond in person to onsite needs, including personnel matters, safety considerations, and day-to-day operational support, reinforcing our role as an active partner within the laboratory environment. We provide contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire solutions, supporting laboratory staffing needs with experienced laboratory technicians, chemists, and analysts. Working within these environments, our experience extends beyond placement. We understand laboratory workflows and how personnel must integrate into active, production-driven environments, and we support our clients in navigating workforce challenges specific to laboratory teams and operations. TECH 2000 supports refinery, chemical, petrochemical, and third-party testing laboratories, as well as R&D environments. Our candidates bring experience across analytical, quality control, and development settings, enabling them to contribute effectively within established laboratory operations. We maintain a strong and growing talent pool, allowing us to respond quickly and effectively to our clients' staffing needs with candidates who can contribute immediately and add value to clients' organizations. Safety is first, last, and always. We partner with our clients to promote a safe work environment, sharing best practices and reinforcing safety standards across laboratory operations.
