New Product Showcase and Awards

To give our exhibitors a better opportunity to highlight their newest products, methods, and analytical techniques, we have devised the following program to enhance your exposure. The program works as follows:
Advise GCC of your intention to participate in this program by filling out the New Product Showcase Form. Tell us what your product, method, or analytical technique will be that you wish to introduce and if it was not shown or promoted at last year's GCC, it will be eligible. We will identify the new item you have in the Final Program (no charge) and provide all registered attendees a list of all participating vendors. We are asking all attendees that choose to participate to visit at least 5 booths and rate the products
independently according to a standard form GCC will provide. On Wednesday evening, we will announce the winner. We will also showcase these winning products on the GCC
website for six months post conference. Additionally the winner will receive one (1) free booth space for the Gulf Coast Conference. Again, no cost to you, just advise us of
your intentions and provide any photos, images, or text describing your product.
Categories will be:
- Best New Analytical Instrument
- Best New Analytical Technique
- Best "Time Saving" Product/Method/Program
- Best Software Advancement
On Tuesday and Wednesday of the meeting from 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM you will display your new products and technology. You will need to provide personnel to describe your products during these specific times in the lobby area outside the Floral Hall A on the second floor of the Moody Gardens Convention Center.
